Special Release II-February 2013 – Tax reporting forms delayed

Charles Schwab and Fidelity have delayed the mailing of their investor tax statements (Combined Form 1099S) due to complexities of the new tax reporting requirements.  We have been informed by Fidelity that they expect all Form 1099s to be mailed by February 28th.  Charles Schwab and Company has also informed us that they expect all Form 1099s to be mailed by the end of February.  You should expect to receive your 1099s from Charles Schwab or Fidelity by the first week of March.  If you have not received your Form 1099s by early March or need them sooner, please contact us.
