Mai joined West Financial Services in December 2017 as an assistant information systems administrator. In 2023, she was promoted to director of operations and is primarily responsible for the implementation and maintenance of internal portfolio management systems, research and resolution of technology-related issues, and conducting CRM-related training sessions with employees.
She earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and is currently working towards obtaining her Salesforce administrator certifications. Prior to joining West Financial Services, Mai was an assistant office administrator and helpdesk technician at an international wholesale distributer utilizing her fluency in Spanish.
Mai resides in Maryland with her husband and spends her free time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and attending local sporting events.
