Rasti joined West Financial Services in August 2018 and was added to the financial planning team in 2019 as an associate planner, subsequently working her way up to financial planner in 2023. She is tasked primarily with collection and coordination of client data and related analysis. Rasti also helps to support clients in gathering all necessary data and with the set-up and use of their personal financial website. She is involved in defining and developing processes for the different financial planning systems and expanding planning services throughout the office, for which she has been recognized by her managers. She also supports the director of retirement plan consulting.
Rasti’s background is in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. She has worked with international companies and start-ups. She holds an AAMS™ and FPQP® from the College for Financial Planning, a Masters in Financial Controlling from the University of Rijeka in Croatia, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Central European University, Budapest, Hungary (Incorporated in the State of New York, USA). In 2022, she finished the FPA Externship program and keeps her education up-to-date through various professional trainings.
Originally from Croatia, Rasti resides in Virginia and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling and cooking. She speaks several languages besides English. Her native tongues are Croatian and Italian, but she is able to understand, read, and speak some other Latin and Slavic languages, as well. Tiramisu is her signature dessert!
