Abby holds an MBA with a concentration in Investment Finance from Virginia Tech and a BA in Economics from The College of William & Mary. Her role at the firm includes portfolio construction, review and analysis. With over a decade of experience in wealth management, Abby has a background in portfolio management, trust administration and client service. She joined WFS in January 2015. Abby was recognized by Five Star Professional as a Five Star Wealth Manager1 (2021).
Abby lives in Great Falls with her husband, Mitch, who is a consultant and retired Army Major, two children, Finn, her dog, and two cats. Abby has been an avid equestrian her entire life and owns a Hanoverian mare named Waitara. She is training Waitara for a career in dressage. She also enjoys gardening, Pilates and reading.

The Five Star Professional award program, managed by fivestarprofessional.com, conducts market-specific research throughout the U.S. and Canada to select reputable, specialized, and honest service professionals. Required eligibility criteria: (1) Credentialed as an investment advisory representative or a registered investment advisor; (2) Actively employed as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of five years; (3) Favorable regulatory and compliant history review; (4) Fulfilled their firm review based on internal firm standards; (5) Accepting new clients. Considered eligibility criteria: (1) One-year client retention rate; (2) Five-year client retention rate; (3) Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; (4) Number of client households served; (5) Education and professional designations. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of Five Star Wealth Managers.
