Dana joined the West Financial Services staff as receptionist in February 1998 and was promoted to office manager in July 2006. Her responsibilities include assisting with various accounting functions, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll transmittals, human resource issues and other office management duties. She has a strong work ethic and prides herself on her excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Previously, she worked as a secretary for an attorney in Old Town Alexandria and in the administration department of Army Navy Country Club as the accounts receivable secretary and membership secretary.
Dana is a native Washingtonian and an avid animal lover. She has several rescued pets including cats and a Japanese Fire Bellied Newt. In her spare time, she works with Alley Cat Allies, a national advocacy organization dedicated to the protection and humane treatment of cats, and Helping Homeless Felines, a rescue group dedicated to helping feral/stray cats in Northern Virginia, to support TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in her local community. She is also a huge fan of watching Washington sports teams, car shows, and warm weather.
