John joined West Financial Services, Inc. in July 2022 as an information systems administrator. He currently supports the senior information systems administrator and assists the team with ongoing Salesforce maintenance, as well as troubleshoots software and hardware issues for users. John provides end-user training to ensure users are in sync with the company needs.
John attended George Mason University to expand his knowledge in Information Technology with a concentration of Information Security and is currently working towards a Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification. Along with Salesforce certifications, John is working to be certified in Security+ to further his interest in data integrity.
Prior to joining West Financial, John was part of the data team at an audio-visual association working heavily on data integrity and hygiene.
John resides in Virginia and in his free time, he likes to travel to competitions with his Korean-American basketball team.
